COACHES: 14u Sundodgers - Dean will be coaches by Hailey Dean & Ella Drivas

Hailey Dean will be in her 3rd year of coaching 14u. She is a Sundodger alumni and played at pierce college for one year. Hailey is also currently a softball instructor for softball university. She strives to create a positive and competitive environment and is excited to prepare the girls for the next level.​

​

Coach Ella will be in her 3rd year of coaching. She was a pitcher on Sundodgers for 4 years as well as the manager for PLU Softball her freshman year, where she learned the ins and outs of the recruiting process. Ella focuses on building mental toughness and player development. Ella is excited to work with pitchers weekly and teach not just physical technique but also how to stay confident on the mound.

Coach Maddie will be going into her first year of coaching. She was a utility player on Sundodgers for 3 years before attending Bellevue College, where she played 2 years for the Bulldogs. During her time at Bellevue she earned NWAC all region first team catcher, and NWAC all region 2nd team infield. Maddie focuses on catching and infield and is passionate about helping athletes build confidence and develop a strong softball IQ. Maddie is excited to work with players and create an environment where they can learn, compete, and have fun.

DETAILS: 
Tourneys: 12 tourneys
Practice: 2x/week practice. (1-week day, 1 weekend)
*Additional OUTDOOR practices when the weather permits. HS players will only have practice Sunday during HS Season.
Instruction: Professional instruction from Softball U 
Roster Size: 14 Players
Travel: Team will travel an estimated 3 times. Travel is paid for by families and not included in team fee.

MEMBERSHIP COST 

August: A $700 Down payment securing your spot 
September through February: Monthly dues are $390 
Beginning in March: Players have two options:

  -Continue SU Training: $390 per month (includes team expenses and SU training)

  -Opt out of SU training: $190 per month (covers team expenses only)

INDIVIDUAL BENEFITS INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP:

Skill Specific Weekday practices will be skill specific training through Softball University. Including pitching, catching, hitting, defense, & performance classes

1-on-1 Lessons Includes 5 pack of 30 min 1-on 1 lessons through Softball U (1x per month Jan-May)

Softball Social For players 14u and up - Weekly virtual and/or in person mentorship & recruiting meetings. 

Open Facility After school open facility time at any Mariners Training Center: Mondays - Thursdays

Camp Pass No extra charge for Softball U holiday camps, metrics camps, and summer camp.

UNIFORMS

Players will need to NAVY, WHITE & GOLD uniform items. All uniforms and fan gear will be purchased online through BSN. We will set up times for players to come try on the sizing kit. Uniform costs are separate from team fees.

TRAVEL

We will travel 3-4 times. Our travel tourneys will be Washington based such as Wenatchee and Yakima area.
